As we are just a couple weeks away from the 15th Annual Meeting of IAMSE in St. Petersburg I wanted to remind you that the room block for the hotel is about to expire.
I strongly encourage you to make your reservations now as the hotel will no longer honor the highly reduced rate negotiated for this meeting after May 24th. I would also like to remind you to not use Internet sites such as Hotels.com, Expedia.com etc. to make your reservations. IAMSE will not benefit from rooms booked under this method and we will be unable to assist you if a problem should develop regarding your reservation.

Hotel reservation clerks are responsible for booking rooms for hotel guests and checking in guests on arrival. Also referred to as hotel, motel or desk clerks, they are often the first point of contact for guests arriving at a hotel. Thanks a lot.
